Embarkation process

The passengers, their baggages and the vehicles are transported according to:
a) the Convention of Athens about the Transport of Passengers and their Baggages Via Sea (1974) and the Protocol of this, of 13 December 2004
(at following “Convention of Athens”)
b) the Greek Code of the private Naval Right and
c) the general terms of transport of ANONYMOUS SHIPPING COMPANY OF MASTIHARI
( from now “the company”) that acts to the name of shipowners (to the following joint reported “terms”).
The terms contain exceptions and restrictions of responsibility of carrier for death, illness, damage or loss of vehicles and baggages, delay or change of course according to the Convention of Athens.
Copies of Terms are sold whenever they are asked.

LIMITED RESPONSIBILITY
The prices and the itineraries that are entered in this list are based in the conditions at the period of publication.
If someone of these conditions are differentiated, the company maintains the right to modify the itineraries or her conventional obligations.
In case where the company does not correspond in her conventional obligations, the passenger is eligible return of entire value of ticket, without moreover compensation. The company maintains the right to change the hours of departure and the fares, without previous notice, in case of increase of prices of fuels, monetary fluctuations or other unanticipated conditions.

TICKETS VALIDITY
The ticket is in effect for one year from his date of publication, apart from the tickets that have limited force.

CANCELLATIONS – RETURNS
Cancellations can become in the travelling agency, the harbour agent, in that became the reservation and the payment.
Are returned the following sums: Return 100%, if the cancellation becomes until 24 hours before the departure.
The company does not have any obligation to return any pecuniary sum in case of cancellation in least from 24 hours or if the passenger does not present itself at the embarkation.

EMBARKATION PROCESSES
After the check-in, you drive your vehicle to the space of quartering from the boat and wait for the embarkation.
The embarkation in the boat begins 2 hours before the departure.
The passengers, with or without vehicles should present themseves in the points of embarkation at least two (2) hours before the departure.
For the embarkation you show your ticket.
We point out that the embarkation stops, twenty (20) minutes before the departure.
